Payments are processed by our payment provider and we start the transfer as soon as your payment clears. For larger purchases we're happy to use Escrow.com, which holds the funds until the domain is in your account. If you'd like to use Escrow.com, get in touch through the Contact page and we'll set it up.

The listed price is what you pay for the domain. After the transfer you'll pay your own registrar's normal yearly renewal fee.

Choose a term between 3 and 12 months. The Buy now price is split into equal monthly payments over that term, with no extra charge for leasing. You can point the domain at your website from the first payment, and full ownership transfers to you once the last payment clears.

You do, day to day. You'll manage the domain's DNS through Cloudflare, so you can point it at your website, email and anything else. We keep ownership until the balance is paid in full. Then we push the domain to the registrar of your choice, and you can use whichever DNS provider you like.

Yes. Pay the remaining balance at any time. Once the balance is cleared in full, the domain will be transferred to your registrar of choice.

You have a 14-day grace period. After that the lease ends, the domain returns to us and payments already made are not refunded.

Usually within 2 business days. We'll accept, decline or come back with a counter-offer by email.

Offers that are too far below the Buy Now price can't be considered, and the form will ask you to raise yours. Serious offers close to the Buy Now price get the fastest answer.

Most transfers complete within 1–3 days of payment. If you use the same registrar we do, it can be a simple account-to-account push the same day.

Yes, any registrar that supports the extension works. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you set one up.

Browsers only load .app sites over HTTPS, so your website needs an SSL certificate. Most hosts provide one free.
